When you run a site risk report we collect the property address you enter along with any site details (lot notes, photos, ADU plans) you choose to submit. If you create an account we also store your name, email, and optional GC profile information such as company name and license number.
Our servers automatically log basic technical data — IP address, browser type, and pages visited — to keep the service secure and to debug issues.
We use the information you provide to generate risk reports, improve the accuracy of our risk scores, and send you report results. If you opt in, we may send occasional product updates and educational content relevant to site risk and ADU work in Arizona.
We never sell your personal data, and we do not use your submissions to train third-party AI models.
Risk Runners only shares data with service providers that help us operate the platform (hosting, email delivery, analytics, error monitoring). These providers are bound by contract to protect your information and use it only for the services they perform for us.
If you click a partner referral link (insurance, lending, or manufacturer), we share the minimum context needed to introduce you. You are always free to decline or choose your own provider.
We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted backups, access controls, and regular security updates to protect the information you entrust to us.
No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to minimize risk and we promptly investigate any suspected incident.
